About

Dr. Malasri “Mala” Chaudhery-Malgeri (Dr. Mala) is an executive leadership coach, psychologist, and strategic program builder who helps leaders and organizations strengthen resilience, performance, communication, and culture—especially during high-stakes change. With 20+ years of experience spanning behavioral health, higher education, nonprofit leadership, and mission-driven innovation, she’s known for building the infrastructure behind sustainable impact: clear operating rhythms, strong supervision and training systems, and outcomes-informed strategies that turn vision into execution.
At the center of her work is a signature integration of Western psychology and Eastern philosophy—blending evidence-based insight with grounded practice to support emotional agility, sound decision-making, and leadership that doesn’t come at the cost of burnout. Dr. Mala’s expertise is intentionally wide and deeply applied, including trauma-informed leadership, PTSD, TBI (traumatic brain injury), military psychology and rehabilitation, marriage & family systems, rehabilitative psychology, and integrative coaching. She has supported a diverse range of clients—from executives, entrepreneurs, and public figures to athletes, couples, families, and youth—meeting people where they are while holding them to what they’re capable of.
What makes Dr. Mala’s approach distinct is the range of lenses she brings into one room: strategist and coach, clinician and educator, systems thinker and storyteller. Her work often bridges individual transformation and organizational effectiveness through integrative, collaborative program development—where performance, well-being, and accountability can coexist. She is also a sought-after speaker and presenter, known for practical, high-impact sessions that translate insight into action.
